How long does my order take to ship?

All orders are shipped within 1-10 days after receiving your order. We are a small, family run business and appreciate your patience with our process. Shipping costs are dependent on location, package size, and weight. You will receive an email with your tracking information within 24 hours once your package has shipped. Please note that we cannot control USPS transit times

We are currently only able to offer shipping within the US.

Hot weather warning  

Our products are made with natural ingredients that may melt in high temperatures. Please remember this when ordering and be sure your order is shipped to an address where it will be collected promptly. Melted tallow is still completely usable, the texture is just a little different. You can re-whip any tallow into a soft and spreadable consistency if desired

What is your return policy? 

You have 7 days after receiving your package to start the return process. To be eligible for return, your product must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when received. Upon arrival, please inspect your order immediately, checking for any damaged or broken items. To begin the refund process, please email help@catandfidddleco.com

Our products are made without preservatives, additives, and chemical ingredients, so please avoid adding water and store it in a cool, dry place.
